- Glyph of Swiftmend
- Glyph of Rapid Rejuvenation
- Key Stats
- 735 Haste (Assuming both Gift of the Earth Mother and Celestial Focus talents are maxed)
- 856 Haste if only Gift of the Earth Mother is maxed
- Spell Power
- Spirit
- Critical Strike Rating
- Self Buffs
- Gift of the Wild
- Flask
- Flask of the Frost Wyrm
- Key Cooldowns
- Rebirth (also know as Battle Res)
- Barkskin
- Innervate (restore Mana to the target)
- Rotation
- Wild Growth as often as you can if there are multiple people damaged
- Rejuvenation spread this around as much as you can, targetting people who are taking or will take damage
- Swiftmend if someone already has Rejuvenation or Regrowth on them, pop this to give them a big instant heal
- Nourish fills in healing. Make sure you have Rejuvenation or Regrowth on the target before using this
- Regrowth useful as a second Heal over Time (HoT) on tanks or anyone taking alot of damage
- Lifebloom - ONLY USE FOR VDW HEALING. It is a waste of Mana for raid healing.
